Compassionate Communication

To find answers to challenges in your life, it can be helpful to get support and share your difficulties to get more clarity. Whether it is in your private space or in your business environment, applying practical communication tools can solve conflicts and tensions.

The Nonviolent Communication is a powerful process to significantly strengthen your understanding of your own inner experience and create compassionate connection with others. Through practice you will:

Listen and understand the other
Handle and transform conflicts in a new way
Find more peace and harmony in your life

Individual Coaching

At the first meeting we define together the objective and what you would like to achieve through the coaching. The number of sessions can then vary from one to several, according to your needs. My approach is based on the Nonviolent Communication, empathy listening and role-playing, as well as mindfulness exercises. Depending on where you live, we can meet by skype or in person at my office or at your place.

Group sessions

Come and discover the Nonviolent Communication process in a group of 8 to 10 people! Half-day or full-day sessions are offered. Please have a look on the upcoming events to get an overview of scheduled program. We explore together how the ingredients of this tool can help us create authentic and respectful relationships with family, friends and colleagues. In between the session, step by step, you put into practice and then share your new experiences and learn from each other.
